Wharton & Wharton is a small, recently established West End law firm.

We advise companies, partnerships and individuals on their business and personal affairs and in particular on company / commercial matters, employment, pensions, share schemes, trusts and litigation.

The firm’s principal, Christian Wharton, has over 20 years post qualification experience. Christian is an Oxford University graduate who trained at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) and worked in the firm’s corporate department after qualification. He was a partner at Squire Sanders Hammonds, and has also previously worked at an offshore law firm and at the head office of one of the UK’s largest multinational companies.

Julia Wharton is a consultant to the firm. She trained at Linklaters where she worked for a number of years after qualification. Julia is also a director of Brandcast Media Limited (a top 50 digital agency) and a trustee of the Jerwood Charitable Foundation.

We aim to provide a personal, high quality and cost effective service and our rates are significantly lower than those normally charged by City law firms.
