I am a freelance solicitor who advises companies, partnerships and individuals on their business and person affairs and in particular on company / commercial matters.

I am an Oxford University graduate who trained at Hogan Lovells and worked in the firm's corporate department after qualification.
I was a partner at Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs), and have also previously worked at an offshore law firm and at the head office of one the UK's largest multinational companies.
